NJ Senate Passes Approves Six Weeks of Paid Employee Leave for Care of Newborn or Sick Relative

-employee payroll deductions of all employee salaries to finance program at $33/yr
-can get 2/3 salary at $524/wk maximum, less than CA or Wash State
